Tropical Summer



What's good for ending up summer?
be happy and chilling out yet stylish!

Last week I attended a press conference plus fashion show by Kalyana at One Icon Residence at Surabaya. Kalyana is a local brand that sold luxury bag, from sling bag, back pack, clutch and their latest collection was purse. Kalyana itself established since 2010 that shows cultural and traditional taste of Indonesia, made from premium leather combined with batik. For their first collection launching, they used full batik and tenun (traditional kind of fabric) but they realized that it would be very difficult to maintain, so for they changed the materials and using premium leather that made from Javanese cow so the goods would look elegant plus the quality is strong enough. 
At this collection, Kalyana looks so summer with many beautiful bright colours (For further details about their products you can check their instagram @Kalyanaindonesia)
So, the fashion show held on side pool of One Icon Residence which was very great for chilling around in summer. I have to say, what a perfect combination from Kalyana Indonesia's collection and One Icon Residence place.






My confusion about what bag I wear at summer finally answered! All I want for summer was a bright colour and good size! I don't want to be too small and too big! I could wear something simple like this sling bag and handbag to hang out or maybe just go to beach with this tote bag.

To attend this event, I decided to wear a look with traditional with the slit skirt batik that makes me look popped up with my monochrome top from my black bralete on the top of my white shirt.
